Doubleshaft Screw Conveyors

Function:

The doubleshaft screw conveyors were specifically designed to convey sticky and bridging media. They consist of a double-U-trough with two screw shafts. The product flows through the inlet into the double-U-trough and is conveyed to the outlet by two screw shafts. A self-cleaning effect of the spiral is the result of the two screw conveyors engaging. The two feed screws are driven by a geared motor and spur wheel transmission.
