Live Bottom

Function:

Live bottoms are constructed robustly, as their range of application usually asks for highest requirements when it comes to wear and tear. Live bottoms are used for silo discharge of materials such as muds or wood chippings.
In order to ensure an easy expansion, the screw shafts are flanged with the drive unit and the end bearing assembly. The screwshafts can be equipped with full-faced spirals or paddel shafts.
